Costs of insulating an attic will vary depending on the size of the attic, 2 bed, 3 bed, detached etc, the depth of foam required and the purpose of the attic, for conversion or just to prevent heat loss.

On average the cost of insulating an attic in Ireland for a 3 bed semi with vent card costs €1400 approx and for a 4 bed semi with vent card the cost is €1800.

To achieve this we use a breathable vent card that is attached between the rafter 50mm from the roofing felt, meeting Part L of the Irish Building Standards.
